Privacy notice
Fiveping uses your email or Discord account information to sign you in, Stripe to process subscriptions, and Discord webhooks to deliver alerts.
Data we use
We store account ID, name, email, optional avatar, language preference, sessions, securely hashed passwords for email accounts, server join code, encrypted webhook, subscription identifiers and daily aggregate observations. Sessions may include IP address and user agent for security. We never store player names, identifiers, lists, full Cfx responses or card details.
Purpose and providers
Account, billing and monitoring data deliver your subscription; security records protect the service. Discord and Stripe process data under their own policies. AWS SES in Ireland delivers verification and recovery emails. Cloudflare provides DNS, network services and Turnstile abuse protection for account forms. The app runs on hosted server infrastructure. Providers may process data internationally.
Retention
Daily observations and alert records are retained for 14 days. Account and subscription records remain as needed to deliver the service, resolve billing and meet legal retention obligations. Operational logs exclude credentials and webhook URLs. Backups are encrypted.
Your choices
Cancel renewal through Billing and replace your webhook on the monitoring screen. Contact the operator for access, correction, deletion, export or other applicable privacy rights. Deleting your Discord account does not cancel a Stripe subscription.
Cookies
We use necessary authentication cookies and a cookie to remember your language. Fiveping has no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics.
